1. Free Survey and Written Estimate
We walk through your home in person or over video, take an inventory, and give you an itemized written estimate. No guesswork over the phone, and no obligation.
2. Planning Your Dates
We confirm your load and delivery window, arrange any storage you need, and assign a move coordinator who stays with you for the entire relocation.
3. Packing and Preparation
Choose full-service packing, a partial pack of just the fragile and high-value items, or pack yourself. We supply materials, custom crating for art and antiques, and disassembly of large furniture.
4. Load Day
Your crew inventories and tags every item, protects floors and doorways, and loads your shipment. You receive a copy of the inventory before the truck leaves.
5. Transport and Tracking
Your shipment travels on the Allied Van Lines network. Your coordinator keeps you updated on progress and confirms the delivery window as the truck gets closer.
6. Delivery and Setup
At destination, the crew unloads against the inventory, reassembles furniture and places items where you want them. Debris and used packing material are removed if you had us pack.

Questions People Ask Before Booking
How far in advance should I book? Four to eight weeks is comfortable for an interstate move, and longer in summer when capacity is tight. We can often work faster than that — call and ask.
Why is delivery a window instead of a date? Long-distance shipments travel with other shipments on a scheduled route. Your window is set from your load date, shipment weight and mileage, and your coordinator narrows it as the truck gets closer.
